Eight levels of governance in Colombia

As part of a Civil Society Participation Project, civil society activists and researchers used the powercube in Colombia to look at levels of participation which they saw as relevant to their issues.  They identified eight levels of governance that were important to explore.

More Levels

Places should be defined to your context.  In a Colombia, civil society members saw eight levels that needed to be examined – nuancing the supra-national (global), national, and sub-national (local) categories:

International
National
Departmental
Sub-regional
Municipal
Communal
Vereda/barrio
Comunitarian
